The session
Half a day. Your laptop. Real work.
This is not a talk about AI. You sit down with the thing you actually do on Tuesday, and we build it. No pitch. Nothing to buy in the room.
You bring
One job that repeats and that you dread. The invoice chase. The weekly report you retype. The forty customer emails that all say the same thing. The quote you rebuild from scratch every time.
We build
Live, on your machine, in Claude. Connected to the tools you already pay for. Gmail, Google Drive, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, whatever runs the office. You type. I sit next to you.
You leave with
That job running the next morning, and the pattern for the next one. Plus the two things nobody tells small businesses: what AI is bad at, and what you should never paste into it.
Who it's for
Owners. And whoever runs the office.
Companies with one to five hundred people, based in Boulder or anywhere on the Front Range. No technical background needed. If you can run your business, you can run this.
Come as a business
Bring yourself and the one person who would actually use it. A two-person session where you both leave with something working beats a room of twenty watching slides.
Host one for your members
Chambers, coworking spaces, trade groups, community colleges. The format runs at your venue for your people. Free for them, free for you.
After the session
Want it across the whole business?
That is the paid work, and it is optional.
Most people leave the free session with one thing running and a list of six more. Some want to build the rest themselves, and the session gives them enough to do that. Some would rather hand it over.
For those, Everhands wires it in properly. The recurring jobs mapped, built, tested, and running month to month, inside the tools you already use. You keep sending the work; it comes back done.
- Where it runs
- Inside your own accounts. Nothing moves to a platform you do not control.
- How it is priced
- Flat monthly, month to month. No hourly clock, so there is no reason to keep the work manual.
- Where the free session ends
- When you walk out. There is no follow-up sequence and no one calls you.
Who is running it
One person. In the room.
Aaron Hanson, Boulder. Twelve years running email and marketing systems, and now building with Claude Code every working day.
Most people who teach AI have never run a marketing system. Most people who run marketing systems cannot drive the AI tools. Everhands is the overlap, and the point of the free session is that you should not need either background to get the work done.
